Nope. We've worked with total beginners who've never touched a barbell and seasoned lifters who compete nationally. Everyone gets a program that matches their level. Your first session is all about learning proper form and finding your starting point - no egos, no judgment.

Just comfortable workout clothes, proper training shoes (not running shoes if you have them), water bottle, and an open mind. We've got everything else - towels, basic toiletries, lockers. If you're coming for a consultation, don't even worry about workout gear - we can just talk.

Usually within a few days. We'll schedule a quick consultation first (15-20 minutes), go over your goals and any injury history, then get you booked in. If you're ready to roll and we've got an opening, sometimes we can start same week. No need to wait around.

Absolutely. We offer intro sessions for all our programs - you pay for just that one session, see how you like the coaching style and facility vibe, then decide if you want to continue. No contracts or pressure. Most people know within that first session whether it's the right fit.
